• Sales experience with 2-4 units, condominiums and single family multimillion dollar homes
• Experienced with 10-31 tax deferred exchanges
• Access to an extensive resource list of handymen, painters, contractors, floor finishers, stagers, etc, developed by peers, clients, friends and my years of being involved in the real estate business
