Living in the San Francisco Bay Area I appreciate the diversity, uniqueness, and the abundant colorful life found here, including the many opportunities The Bay Area has to offer.

I received an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice from Ohlone College, and obtained my Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Business Management from Saint Mary's College.

In 1988, I started my Law Enforcement career, which spanned 17 years with the cities of East Palo Alto and Vallejo.  As a police officer, I was exposed to two very different, challenging, and culturally diverse cities. I strongly believe these experiences enhanced my commitment to be honest, with the highest of ethical standards.  I took great pride in helping the citizens that I served and did the best job I could do.  Being a police officer taught me to be a careful listener, pay close attention to detail, and hone my negotiation skills.  All of these characteristics provided a great foundation for my real estate career.

In 2004, I enhanced my real estate career when I and two other partners formed a real estate investment group called, DRP, LLC.  We engaged in every aspect of real estate, including residential developments from the ground up, buying and selling residential real estate in various states.

I have since obtained my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification, held by less then 2.5% of licensed California real estate agents.  GRI is a comprehensive real estate educational program designed to enhance Realtors technical knowledge, expertise, and commitment to professionalism, when engaging in real estate transactions.
